“Seeing Isn’t Believing, Believing Is Seeing”
I was watching “The Santa Clause” staring Tim Allen the other day and one of Santa’s elves said to Santa (Tim Allen) “Seeing isn’t believing, believing is seeing” and I thought what a great way to look at things. Many people think “seeing is believing” but actually “believing is seeing”. We must believe what we want to experience is ours to see it appear in our lives. We must have the faith of a mustard seed, we must know without a shadow of a doubt, we must believe with every fiber of our being, and then we will see it. When we believe we can have, do or be whatever we want then it will come to be.
Our thoughts, our beliefs, and our emotions, all create our reality. The thoughts we consistently have will dictate our emotions and beliefs which will dictate our actions which produce our results. We won’t experience the results or the life we long for if we do not believe it can actually happen. We can be our own worst enemy or we can be the reason our life is exactly that way we want it.
Yesterday’s thoughts, beliefs and actions have brought us to where we are today. Today’s thoughts will create the life we will have tomorrow. We must believe we can achieve what we long for and we must take action. Consistent action is necessary to make dreams come true.
Too often people don’t believe they can achieve the life of their dreams so as a result they don’t. The problem begins with their thoughts and beliefs. They don’t believe so they don’t take action, they don’t even try. This can create a self fulfilling prophesy. Self sabotage becomes a way of life for them justifying the failures they experience. Don’t let this happen to you. Believe you can be, do, or have whatever your heart desires and you will see it in your life. It may take time but it will come to be. God’s delays do not mean God’s denials.
A definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over and expect a different result. If we wish to experience a different reality than our current one we have to make changes. We have to consciously expand our comfort zone and take action to create a different life. Yesterday’s beliefs brought us to today and today’s beliefs will bring us to tomorrow.
I believe so I know I will see the results my heart desires!
