Gratitude

“I am eternally grateful for the love that permeates my life, the grace that flows through me, the light that shines within, the peace that pervades my being, the abundance that flows so freely, my precious connection to Divine, and for the guidance I receive each day!” Judy Luca

Gratitude is the door that opens your heart. As your hearts open more will come into your life. The more you are grateful for the gifts you already have in your life the more you will receive.

There is so much to be grateful for always!  When you focus on all you have to be grateful for fear disappears, when fear disappears you open your life to experience all the blessings life has to offer.

As fear disappears from your life you open up to endless possibilities. Ideas flow to you, doors open, magic happens, you take risks, and you expand your comfort zone. So much of what people would like to experience in life is just outside their comfort zone so be brave and expand your comfort zone to include that which you want to experience.

When you wake each morning and end each day bring thoughts of all that you are grateful for into your mind. Thoughts of  gratitude are good for your mind, body and soul.

Studies show gratitude can increase mood neurotransmitters such as serotonin, and nor-epinephrine; the reproductive hormone testosterone; the social bonding hormone oxytocin; and dopamine. They also help with inflammatory and immune systems, stress, cardiac and EEG rhythms, blood pressure, and blood sugar. Thoughts of gratitude can help your body heal and bring you into alignment with the Universal flow of Life.

Begin a gratitude journal and write something you are grateful for every day. What you write doesn’t have to be something large begin with the small things. If you don’t know where to begin start with your breath. Begin with the fact that you are alive, that you can see or hear or taste or feel. Be grateful that you can read these words. Be grateful for the love in your heart, be grateful for the special moments in your life that have brought you joy. Be grateful for the people in your life that love and support you. Be grateful for the lessons you have learned on this glorious journey. Just begin and you will find it easier as you continue. Allow gratitude to flow in your life and you will open a channel for more to flow through.
